On World AIDS Day, take a moment to honor the lives of 40 million people who lost their lives to AIDS. We stand with the UNAIDS around the world in solidarity.
The global fight against AIDS has faced new disruptions, but our resolve must not waver.
We still can, and must turn this disruption into transformation. Everyone, everywhere deserves access to prevention, treatment, dignity and care.
World AIDS Day is observed every year on December 1 to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, show support for people living with HIV, and remember those we have lost to AIDS-related illnesses. Established in 1988, it remains the world’s first and most enduring global health day. We joining with UNAIDS to call on all of us to unite to end the inequalities holding back the end of AIDS. Four decades into the HIV response, inequalities persist for the most basic services like testing, treatment, and condoms, and even more so for new technologies.

Their strength inspires us to push for better awareness, better healthcare access, and better protections for vulnerable communities.
Today, we stand together to raise awareness, promote compassion, and strengthen our commitment to preventing HIV and AIDS in our schools and communities. This day is a reminder that ending AIDS is possible but only when we stand united against stigma and discrimination.
Today, we honor World AIDS Day which is an important reminder that we can build a future where no one is judged, no one is left behind and everyone is loved.
