Awakenomy was founded by Galina Yordanova, an internationally recognized People & Culture executive, leadership expert, and organizational transformation specialist based in Zurich, Switzerland.
With more than 15 years of experience across global organizations, Galina has dedicated her career to helping leaders and companies navigate transformation, unlock human potential, and build high-performing cultures. Her expertise spans leadership development, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, executive coaching, culture transformation, and strategic workforce management.
Throughout her career, she has facilitated more than 1,000 workshops, trainings, and leadership programs, impacting over 5,000 professionals and executives across Europe. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, two master’s degrees, including an MBA, and has received multiple international recognitions for her contributions to leadership, people development, and workplace transformation.
In addition to leading Awakenomy, Galina serves as Chief People Officer for innovative Swiss organizations, where she continues to shape culture, leadership, and organizational growth at executive level.
